Network Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of customer network
- Supporting of spine - leaf network creation
- Administer network for DGES DC environment
- Change handling due to customer requirements
- Firewall and Loadbalancer configuration
- Scripting of tools for SDN
- Description of work
- Documentation of networks
- Project management for network aspects
- Edit ticket systems and mailbox
- Participation at our shift on duty
Technical and Social Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science or technical study, as well as 2 to 3 years of professional experience as Network Administrator/OS Administrator
- Linux, KVM knowledge
- Cisco, Arista, Firewall (Sophos, Fortigate;..) skills
- F5 Loadbalancer (iRules; WAF; Portal; SSO; etc.) skills
- DNS, Mailand Proxy (linux based) experience
- BIRD (BGP Internet Routing (linux based)) experience
- Knowledge SSL, Routing, IPSec
- Strong technical background in network operation and projects
- Experience in ITSM processes
- Sustainable and accurate worker
- Analytical problem solving skills
- Willingness to learn and flexibility
- Good communication skills, as well as independent and self-responsible working methods and serious behavior
- Team-oriented personality
- Very good English skills
- German skills are not mandatory, but would be a great asset
